Having the opportunity to work, travel and study in many different countries around the world, it has provided me with phenomenal intercultural experiences, adding depth of knowledge, an expanded global awareness and perspective. I’ve found a common thread running through all countries visited which consisted of the need for human connection and cooperative learning. These beautiful and authentic cultural experiences has led me to have an even more satiable curiosity of the world and it’s various realms. They have contributed greatly to my capacity for patience and the audacity to initiate conversations with others regardless of their race, color, creed and national origin. These are the attributes that can “breakdown walls” that separate us and help begin the process of better understanding each other.
